You can request a refund only during this stage within 48 hours of initial delivery of userflow/wire frame/ site map/ mock up/ initial draft/ home page design (10% Processing Fee will be incurred). No features/ changes will be entertain once we are in the development phase even though it is a part of the proposed document as client is responsible to review that all the features are mentioned in the development phase. No refund is applicable on template based website

Refund request can be initiated by sending a refund request email to support@revivaliq.com Contents of the email should include enrolment number, if any, payment proof, Work Ddetails and reason for refund.
If you commit duplicate payment, you will be given 100 % refund of the entire amount processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 45 working days after your intimation.

RVIQ Softwares Private Limited reserves the right to revise the refund policy without any prior notice.
